Junior IT Legal Tax and Audit Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior IT Legal Tax and Audit Project Manager with focus on managing small and mid-size IT related projects in the Corporate Function departments of the Global IT organisation at Hilti AG.

What does the role involve?
You as a Junior IT Project Manager Tax and Legal will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating both internal and client-facing projects in close partnership with the Tax, Finance& Controlling (FICO), Legal and Audit Corporate functions. You will develop process improvement initiatives and use project management methodologies to assist global and regional staff find efficiencies in the way they organize and perform their work. You will work closely with the Global Legal, Global Tax and Global Audit departments as well as various IT and business functions to develop project management initiatives to support the group. You will report to the Head of Legal, Tax and Audit in the Global IT organization at Hilti AG.

What you need is:
- Bachelor or Master in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting or Business Process Management
- Drive for success and high level of commitment & willingness to learn and develop yourself and your colleagues
- First project management expertise, ideally in a global matrix setup
- Interest in legal and tax topics with a focus on business process management and process improvement - already worked in an Audit a company is an added advantage
- Certification in Project Management is a plus & good communication and facilitation skills
