What's the role?
As an IT Application Manager Pricing, you are part of the global IT Pricing team with solution consultants, developers, project managers, and solution owners. You focus on global pricing processes for all sales channels in a globally operating company with 125 sales organizations and intercompany sales processes.

What does the role involve?
Based on Hilti’s direct marketing and sales approach, you develop pricing for products, services, standard sales, Hilti Online, or Fleet Management in a highly dynamic, sales-driven environment. With our Fair Pricing approach, you will enable our Hilti sales teams to generate bottom-line impact for Hilti and transparent fair prices for our customers around the world. In this role, you interact with stakeholders from Global IT, business, and external partners to provide software solutions on a global scale. You identify and analyze business requirements for creative and innovative pricing solutions based on user needs and strategic requirements. Moreover, you design global solution concepts, architecture and validate the technical and business process feasibility. By working with one of the fore runners with a large global, single-instance S/4HANA system, you implement and support global IT solutions providing customer journeys by using emerging techniques and technologies. By advocating Fair Pricing solutions and managing stakeholders throughout the global matrix organization, you interact with all IT functions as well as internal and external business partners on a global scale.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant education
- At least 2-3 years of SAP Marketing experience with a proven track records of project implementations on SAP technology and solid business process understanding in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), sales cycle, and multi-channel marketing
- Preferably 5 years working experience in process consulting in a large corporate environment
- Willing to work in an international environment with a multi-cultural team across multiple locations
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
