Intern - IT Growth and Talent Management
What's the role?
We are looking for you as an intern to support our Global IT talent management and people processes. Having talented and motivated team members on board in our Global IT team is integral for the success of our IT projects and tasks, and with that it builds an important pillar for Hilti to achieve their business targets. To underline our ambition to be the employer of choice for our existing team members and future hires, you will support us to review and improve people-centricity as well as efficiency and effectiveness of our IT-internal people processes.
The start date for the internship is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.

Global IT within Hilti is a truly global team with main hubs in Buchs (Switzerland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Plano/Tulsa (USA). What does the role involve?
In close cooperation with experienced colleagues and stakeholders, you will analyze and improve the people-centricity, effectiveness and efficiency of IT-internal people processes like recruitment, talent onboarding, university relations, or training and development. Your own viewpoints as a young talent, next to latest trends and techniques, will be integral to ensure future-orientation of our IT-internal people processes. It will also be your task to support the process implementation and execution. And you will plan and conduct related events and trainings to ensure good communication and change management. Thus, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence the way Hilti Global IT is responding to the needs of their current and future team members.

What you need is:
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD student in Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields
- IT affinity and first project management, event management, or HR experience
- Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills to manage change
- A strategic approach and good problem-solving skills
- A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
