What does the role involve?
As an IT system engineer you are enabling our 2000 agents across the world with one globally managed contact center solution. Our common goal is to provide a best-in-class customer experience. You will have the opportunity to interact with our business user groups and have regular touch points with our partners and service providers. You will be at the forefront of the latest cloud solutions and Artificial Intelligence trends in the construction industry. In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the reliability and agility of our Customer Service application portfolio to stay continuously engaged with our customers.

What you need is:
- You have a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or in a related field
- You bring first experience in networking and/or VoIP
- You have a strong affinity for telecommunication and collaboration solutions management
- You are an IT enthusiast combining hands-on competence with a strong academic background
- You are open-minded, learn quickly, and think analytically
- Your English enables you to work globally
