What does the role involve?
As a Customer Collaboration Engineer you will be part of a global team and design, implement and manage our global voice and contact center services. You will have daily interaction with our business user group and regular touch points with our partners and service providers, in order to strive for best in class customer experience. You will stay on top of the latest cloud and AI trends for professional collaboration solutions, translate them into business value and shape our future. In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the reliability and agility of our Customer Service application portfolio to always stay engaged with our customers

What you need is:
- Master’s degree in business information systems, Computer Science, or in a related field
- Excellent IT knowledge, strong IT affinity and analytical skills
- Affinity for telecommunication and collaboration solutions – first experiences in Network and VoIP Management is a plus
- Creative, innovative, and open-minded personality
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
